Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for a build — if you engage us, that is a separate written agreement, and where the two ever conflict, the build agreement wins.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by OFO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], trading as Freehold Software.

We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown on this site.
2. Using this site
You may read this site, print pages from it and share links to it. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.
We provide the site free of charge and give no guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
3. Content, and what it is not
The content on this site is for general information about what we do. It is not advice — technical, legal, financial or otherwise — and you should not make a decision in reliance on it alone. Where something matters to you, ask us and we will answer specifically.
Screenshots of the product show a working system populated with representative data. What we build for you is scoped to your portfolio and will not be identical to what you see here.
4. Prices are indicative until quoted
Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Every build is scoped and quoted individually after a call, and the quoted price is the one that applies. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence until we have both agreed a written quote.
We may change the prices shown here at any time. A quote we have already given you stands for the period stated in that quote.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text, screenshots and code of this website belong to us, or are used with permission. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it, or present it as your own, without written consent.
Ownership of anything we build for a client is dealt with in that client's build agreement, not here.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for their content or their handling of your data.
7. Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site that are not expressly set out in these terms.
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
- We are not liable for any loss caused by a virus or other technically harmful material that infects your equipment through your use of this site, or through anything you download from it.
If you are using this site in the course of a business, these limitations apply in full. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Check it when you visit — the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
